At Game Impress, all second-hand items are tested and cleaned before sale.
All products are sold as-is.


🎮 Games

  • 24-hour exchange only if a game fails to load or play.

  • Original receipt required.

  • Exchange for the same title or store credit (subject to stock).

  • No refunds.


⚙️ Electronics

  • 60-day exchange for defective electronics only.

  • Must include original receipt and packaging.

  • Item must be visually undamaged.

  • Exchange for an identical item or store credit only.

  • No refunds.


❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Buyer’s remorse (“I didn’t like it”).

  • Damaged, scratched, or altered items.

  • Missing packaging or receipt.

  • Issues caused by faulty customer consoles.
