📦 Game Impress Shipping Policy

 

This policy outlines how we handle the shipment of your order. By placing an order with Game Impress, you agree to the terms below.

 

1️⃣ Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Note: This is the time to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the carrier's delivery time.

 

2️⃣ Shipping Methods & Cost

 

  • We use reputable third-party courier services for reliable delivery across South Africa.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, and the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • Any thresholds for Free Shipping will be clearly advertised on our website.

 

3️⃣ Estimated Delivery Time

 

  • Delivery times vary based on the courier and the final destination (major city vs. regional area).

  • Typically, delivery takes 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as the timeline is managed by the courier service.

 

4️⃣ Tracking

 

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

  • This email will include the courier's tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

 

5️⃣ Delivery Accuracy & Liability

 

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

  • We currently only ship to addresses within South Africa.

 

6️⃣ Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, you must take photographs of the package and the damaged item immediately upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with the courier claim process.

  • Lost: If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an inquiry with the courier.
